  • Open Art Studio

    Mondays and Thursdays-10am-12pm

    From acrylic to pencil to chalk to watercolors. Any level of painters may join the group. Bring your current project or start a new one! There is no cost!

    Mondays at 1pm

    Knitting/Crocheting classes are offered every Monday! You can always find a nice group with their needles going! If you are stuck on a project, there are plenty of expert knitters to help you out. Everyone is welcome!

  • Leather Tooling

    Mondays at 1pm

    Andy Navarro will be here to show you how to use leather to make a wallet, smartphone case, belt, coin purse, key fob, coasters and more. Feel free to stop in and talk to Andy to see if this class is for you and cost of supplies.

  • Coloring

    Tuesdays at 1pm

    Adult Coloring Book Group! Please bring your own coloring book and pencils/pens to use (we do have extras if you forget).

  • Blue Notes Choir

    Wednesdays at 10am

    OFF FOR THE SUMMER

    We have choir practice weekly but do not take attendance. Even if you can't attend every rehearsal you are welcome. We are a group of people that love to sing even though we are not real good! 🙂 Come join us!

  • Dulcimer

    The Sweet Music Dulcimer Group meets weekly in the library on Wednesday's at 10am.

    A Mountain Dulcimer is as an Appalachian folk instrument that is fretted and stringed and is strummed and/or finger picked by the player.

    Another type of dulcimer is the Hammer Dulcimer which is a percussion-stringed (not fretted) instrument on a trapezoid shaped stand and is played with wooden mallet-like "hammers by the player."

    Bring your dulcimer and come to "jam" and learn along with us!

  • Rag Ruggers

    Thursday afternoons from 1 - 3pm

    Rag Ruggers meets every Thursday! Bring your current project or start a new one or just stop in to check out these beautiful and unique rugs. Nance and Fran will be there to help you along. If you have any questions, call Nance at 608-868-4527.

    Janet Butler owns her own business called "Sew Affordable" located in her home. Janet is at The Gathering Place. Thursdays, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

    If you have alterations, please call ahead to make sure Janet will be here.

  • Ukelele Group

    Fridays at 10am

    Just bring your ukulele and jam with other like-minded musicians in this freeform open style session to celebrate all things ukulele.

  • Diamond Painting

    Diamond Painting is based on the same concept as mosaics and paint by numbers. You use tiny “diamond” - like facets to create colorful designs with a pick up pen. Sherilyn Aures instructs the class once a month. Call to reserve your spot today at (608)868-3500
