Exercise Room
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Our exercise room is open during regular business hours. You will find a variety of equipment to held you meet your fitness goals

Foot Clinic
1st & 2nd Wednesdays starting at 9am
George Daniels is our Foot Care Clinic RN. Cost is $50 for a half hour appointment paid to him that day by cash or check. You will need to bring a current list of medications and a short medical history for your first appointment. Be sure to sign up with the receptionist in person or by calling 608-868-3500.
The Foot Clinic is held in the Craft Room.

Chair Massage
2nd and 4th Thursdays starting at 10am
Our massage therapist, Alicia Jenski, LMT, is offering chair massages twice a month. You can sign up for 20 or 40 minutes. Cost is $10 for 20 minutes and $20 for 40 minutes. Please sign up with the receptionist in person or call 608-868-3500.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am
These workout routines are safe for individuals of any age. Never get on the flor or risk injury again. This DVD is perfect for seniors that are looking to stay active while being safe and reducing muscle strain. Feel younger, stronger and healthier

A light yoga class is offered in the dining room.
A more challenging class is offered in the lower level. -

Stretching Class
Thursdays at 10:45am
Kate O'Brien, certified Health and Wellness Coach, teaches proper stretching techniques. This includes lying, sitting and standing stretches that will be done in a sequence that stretches all your muscles, large and small. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Cost is $3.00 per person. No registration is required.
